Moses requires clarification on a few points
If I were Moses I'd be pissed too.
The story says he served his Lord all his life, but for just one moment of doubt he didn't get to taste the fruits of his labor? How is that fair? And remember the OT God doesn't promise eternal life, so that's it for Moses.
His followers didn't have it any better; I'd buy them all a t-shirt with the text: "I roamed the desert for 40 years and all I got was this lousy dick-job".
